Private party - General Information

 

RowHouse is available for private events weekdays and Sunday thru Tuesday evenings.

I recommend visiting RowHouse before booking an event.

The house is available to tour Wed-Sat after 2pm.

 

Daytime Events:

· There is a $250.00 minimum food purchase required to have a daytime event/lunch at RowHouse. 

· There is a $200.00 Pre-payment due at time of booking.  This fee is non-refundable, but is applied toward the bill the day of the event.  A check is preferred, but we will accept credit card payment with signature.

· Multi course lunches begin at $20 p/person for groups of 15 or more, and $25 p/person for groups under 14.  We can accommodate smaller groups as long as the minimum food purchase amount is met.

· All menus are custom made, with the general set up consisting of a tasting course, Fresh baked breads, salad and/or appetizer, entrée, and dessert.  I am happy to work with any dietary needs.

· Wednesday events are limited to ending by 1pm, Thursday and Friday ending by 2pm.  Monday and Tuesday RowHouse is available all day, unless another event is scheduled.

· Events over 3 hours will be billed $50 p/hour after 3 hours.

· There is a 20% Gratuity added to all private parties

· Beer, Wine, and Premium Liquors are available.
