Our wine list will continually change.  I like looking, tasting, and, hopefully,

bringing you something you haven’t tried before.

Everyone should try the Waterbrook Melange, I almost fell over it was so delicious!

This Weeks Wines                                                 glass                     bottle

Alice White, SE Australia

Lexia -                                                                  $5                         $25

Chardonnay -                                                       $5                         $25

Merlot -                                                                 $5                         $25

Alice white wines are not very familiar around here, but they were the house wines at my restaurant in Nashville.  All are good choices, and a great value.  The lexia is muscat grape, which makes a slightly sweet and satisfying wine, the chard is lush and you can really taste tropical fruits, and the merlot is soft and engaging with a nice finish.

Menage A Tois, California                                              $6                        $32

Table Red. -this blend has a lot of berry and is so easy to drink.  Not too dry, but full, and rich, it’s great alone or with food, and who can’t like the name.

Waterbrook, Washington State

Melange- red blend.  It had me at hello.  Supple, jammy, wow(new favorite)  $7               $36

Chardonnay-decided to try this, because the Melange was so delicious.     $7               $36

Sokol Blosser, Oregon

Evolution -                                                                                        $35

Meditrina -                                                                                        $35

These two blends are beautiful.  I love Oregon wines anyhow.  “Evolution” is a blend of white

Varietals, that come together like a great love song, tender, easy, and not too sweet.  Meditrina” is the red blend, bold, forward, not dry, lots of cherries, and red fruit...delicious.

Greg Norman, California

Chardonnay-                                                                                               $35

Cabernat -                                                                                          $35

Red Zin-                                                                                           $35

I’ve been told the Australian Greg Norman Wines, are also excellent, but I picked these for their drinkability.  The Chard is straight forward, with a nice finish, the Cab is bold enough for food, or just as a meal in itself, and Zins, well I love big Zin, and this is a cool one.  Drinks to me more like a blend, and I love that.

I carry New Belgium’s line of beers cause it’s great beer and I love the enviornmentally forward attitude of the company, They are respectful to their employees, their consumers, and the planet.
